Insurance and Payment Information
We currently accept several insurance plans for limited primary care services, psychiatric medication management, behavioral health services, and substance use disorder treatment, including MAT/medications for addiction treatment.
Coverage varies by plan and service type. Some plans are fully active, while others are still pending final behavioral health or Medicaid HMO confirmation. Please review the payer notes below and contact the office to verify your specific plan before scheduling.
Private-pay appointments may be available for patients who prefer not to use insurance or whose plan is still pending verification. Medicaid members should contact the office before scheduling, as not all Medicaid HMOs/MCOs are currently accepted.

We welcome self-pay patients and keep our pricing straightforward.
Rates vary based on visit length and service type, and a detailed estimate can be provided before your appointment.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including health-benefit cards such as HSA and FSA.
A superbill is available for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
We accept the Following Insurance
Aetna Commercial and Medicare: accepted for psychiatric medication management, behavioral health services, and substance use disorder treatment, including MAT/medications for addiction treatment when clinically appropriate. Limited primary care services may be available for established mental health patients.
Aetna Better Health of Virginia Medicaid: pending final payer confirmation for behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment services.
Contracted for limited primary care services. Psychiatric medication management, behavioral health services, and SUD/MAT services are pending final payer specialty confirmation.
We are contracted with Anthem, but our behavioral health specialty update is still pending. We can either verify your Anthem benefits before scheduling, or you may choose self-pay if you do not want us to bill your insurance.
Anthem HealthKeepers Plus Medicaid: pending final approval for behavioral health and SUD/MAT services.
Cigna: primary care participation confirmed; behavioral health and SUD/MAT services pending confirmation.
UnitedHealthcare / Optum: UnitedHealthcare is accepted for limited primary care services. Optum / United Behavioral Health is accepted for psychiatric medication management, behavioral health services, and SUD/MAT services.
TRICARE: certified provider. Psychiatric medication management, behavioral health services, and SUD/MAT services may be available, but network status and benefits must be verified before scheduling.
Virginia Medicaid: accepted for psychiatric medication management, behavioral health services, and SUD/MAT services through Virginia Medicaid fee-for-service and approved Medicaid plans. Not all Medicaid HMOs/MCOs are currently accepted. Please contact the office to verify your specific plan before scheduling.
Medicare: some Medicare Advantage plans may be accepted. Traditional Medicare is pending final verification. Please contact the office to verify your specific plan before scheduling.
